Apple smoked "Extra Meaty" Ribs, w taters and bell peppers

I found some 'Extra Meaty" baby back ribs, at Vons the other day, and decided to smoke em, this weekend, using apple wood, for the smoke. They had a Lot of meat on them, very tasty. It took 2 hrs on the smoker, sprayed some apple juice on them, before wrapping them in foil. A couple hrs later, they were ready, for good eats!!! Here are the pics.

Rubbed with Lucilles BBQ Rub. This is good stuff!



It was a very breezy day today, so, I broke out my wind break.



Ribs are done! It was falling apart. This was before putting Lucilles BBQ sauce on it.



With skillet potatoes, and grilled bell peppers, time to eat!!!!
 
That looks great almost did ribs today that'll get me through til next weekend.
