Anyone into Fat-Washing Whiskey?

Have made a couple so far...brown butter washed bourbon and movie popcorn infused whiskey....both turned out really good and made some amazing cocktails.

Fat washing to me sounds like you had one too many and spilled it on your shirt or MY shirt to be honest.

Not familiar with this one but what worries me right now is the wife will be out of town for a few days next month where I can experiment with crazy stuff.

You bet!! Bacon fat infused bourbon was my first one I ever tried....it's glorious!!
