Anybody have this to sell?: Weber Genesis 1000-5000 (19-5/8" W x 13.3/4" L) Bottom Drip Tray 40968012


 
I know this is an old thread but I have one to sell from a Weber Genesis 3000 if you are still looking. I was about to list it on ebay but fellow grill guy has priority. :) Mine measures 19 5/8 x 13 1/2 It is basically solid needs a more thorough cleaning and looks like it might have some minor spots of enamel worn and rust starting. Anyhow let me know.

It's a little chewed around the edges but looks to be in good shape otherwise. I would clean it up better before I put it on eBay, I think you will sell it a lot quicker.
 
I guess I've got lucky with all my grills. And parts grills.

I must be missing something because every time this subject comes up I look online and find them for sale. I must be missing something

You've been very lucky if you haven't come across a nasty, rusted out one yet that you just have to throw in the trash.You can't buy new ones anymore, so you must be seeing used ones for sale online or trays for different models.

Looks like I have seven of them that look to be in good condition. Surprisingly the one on my green 1000LX had that dent in the front.

I don't really want to part with any of them at this point. All of my x000 grills that I have are fully functional and not ready to cannibalize any of them yet.

Most of them need restorations still though.
 
Every grill needs one. You technically don't have an extra one until to have a grill that turns into a parts grill for whatever reason, bad frame, cookbox, etc. I unfortunately do have an extra one that doesn't belong to grill, but I'm sure I will need it at some point.
