Anybody have experience with these thermometers?

As an afterthought, I also have the Thermopro TP15 that my wife likes much better to use around the kitchen than the TP19. It is a bit slower but is smaller, waterproof, has a magnet or can be hung on I hook, a back light, the probe is longer for using in a pot, hold button and it can be calibrated. I like it better too for using on things in pots on the stovetop because of its size. Just another option.
