Another Tri Tip

Nothing too exciting but one of my favorite meals and things to cook.

I haven't used my Santa Maria grill in a while and scrounged up enough wood so I fired her up. Seasoned the tri tip with my usual Lawry's Seasoning Salt, garlic and black pepper. A quick sear

Cooked to an internal temp of 130*F

Garlic cheese bread

Plated with a side salad.....

and some homemade black bean soup.

Your kidding right?? Go pick one up tomorrow, use some simple seasoning, cook it no more than medium and slice it thin against the grain. you'll love it!!

I wish I was kidding but I never had tri tip. I see it once in a while in stater bros. next time I see it I will grab some. Thanks for the advice.
