Seems like I don't get much time to grill anymore with college football going on. I do enjoy watching my team play while enjoying a good sandwich and beer, in the past I would go out to a sports bar, however no one can make a good tasting sandwich. While at the store this morning I grabbed some smoked/cooked sausage and some fresh rolls. I also got some of my favorite cheese which is a horseradish cheddar.
Put the sausages on with two mesquite chunks.

I let those warm up for about 30 minutes, then I went a little more direct, to get some char on those dawgs.

Time to add the cheese and warm up the buns.

Off the grill

Onto the plate, with some mustard garlic aioli

Added some S&P kettle chips and a brew

I've got another one if anyone wants it.
The beer was a new one for me, I like several beers from this brewery and this one did not disappoint at all, a nice brown ale that was sweet but not too sweet.
Today I will be firing up the WSM for a citrus marinated butt.
I hope you all enjoy your Sunday.
