Another Mother's Day cook

I made this stuff for the family. I posted the pulled pork in one of my threads already so it might be a double-take for some who saw that already.

The flavor is there for my rib, but still working on pulling temps. I pulled some earlier and some later to see what I preferred.

Not the prettiest pics but still working on that too. I really need a proper camera and cameraman (me). : p
