Another hamburger post

As IF...tryed out my CIG today.

Was thinking a good steak,first thought was Filet mignon!

Said and done.

With some potatoes/onion/carrots/evoo/salt/pepper&thyme.
And grilled asparagus and zucchini.(dressed in evoo and salt/pepper)

Meat: was marinated in evoo,thyme,salt&pepper

Butter: On the meat was Basil,garlic,parsley & salt.

To drink:Beer

Enjoy

These grates works perfect!

Love the sizzling sound when the meat goes on,and great char marks from them.

A verry god "non stick" ability in these grates to.
