I was called upon by friends and family to make some hams and a turkey for easter picnic tommorow. My thinking was do the turkey high temp and the hams at low. I tried MM with some cowboy lump dry pan. Worked great! Used a little apple pellets with turkey (have yet to find apple chunks in SD). A quick remove of the center, stir lump, top off the ring, put center back on and add water. Put hams on top grate. Used wiskey glaze with a couple of changes. Also good. I was concerned that lump would be too hot, but worked well.
