Here is a brisket with a mix of of Texas BBQ rubs. I suck at cutting brisket and my photography needs work.I should have had the flash off.The second pic is the flat and point seperated.I just slide a knife right through and then slice each half.The reason the slices look a little brownish is becasue I saved the juces and poured on before I put through the food saver.I forgot to get pics before putting juice on.I used cherry chips.
