Here is a brisket with a mix of of Texas BBQ rubs. I suck at cutting brisket and my photography needs work.I should have had the flash off.The second pic is the flat and point seperated.I just slide a knife right through and then slice each half.The reason the slices look a little brownish is becasue I saved the juces and poured on before I put through the food saver.I forgot to get pics before putting juice on.I used cherry chips.

Looks great! Nice smoke ring. I got a bunch of the Texas BBQ original, and the new Championship rub. Have yet to cook any briskets or pork butt yet with them, and am itching to taste them.

So far just steaks and chicken wings, and love it. How was it on that brisket?
