Angus Brisket / Kosmos Injection

So yesterday was the day to cook my Angus brisket that I got at RD with Kosmos Brisket Injection
ordered from Kosmos.
It was the best brisket I ever cooked ( 10.5 hrs from start to finish ) Huge diff. from the regular
store bought stuff.
It was super tasty and tender.

That is absolutely gorgeous, can taste it from here. Do you mind my asking, what did it weigh and about how much for the Angus?

It was close to 9lb but I did cut off about 2lb of the skinny flat for later adventures.
It was $ 2.88/lb at RD I think.

I got the RESERVE BLEND BRISKET INJECTION and Im very happy with it. Also I got the bigger injector they have ( its like $3.00 ) and like it
better then my $25.00 SS injector.
