Tried your recipe today Dustin. I upped the cayenne from yours but it's a bit much for Lorraine. I'll use your % the next time.

BUT I still like it ;)

BUMP. The Weber hanging apparatus is very interesting. Does anyone happen to know if its still available from Weber?
