Now, that's a labor of love! I now feel much better about paying Junior's to ship from Brooklyn.
Junior’s uses a cake bottom on theirs. No graham cracker base. People have shared that my cake is better than Junior’s. Idk if I’d say that but I can hold my own on a blind taste test. I used to sell these to local restaurants. Fifteen years ago my wholesale was $26 each.
