An 1880 - any market for it?

I’m moving into a condo and I don’t want to risk using charcoal. I’m not sure whether I’ll keep my 1880 or give it to my son in law. Looking for opinions on whether or not I should try to sell it. It’s got all the parts, but it’s in no way pristine. It’s been well used. I’d be inclined to sell it if I could get something close to the price of a new mini. When I bought it, there was no mini and since it’s a special piece, I paid way more than I should have. I’m guessing with the introduction of the WSM mini, the market for an 1880 is significantly smaller than it was before the 1880. If I did sell it, obviously I’d offer it up to this group, but right now, I’m just trying to get a sense of its worth. Would appreciate any advice/insight you might have.

For what it's worth, for the hassle that selling it can be, I'd give it to the SIL.

Clean it up first, and then do a chicken, a couple of racks of ribs, or a pork shoulder with him. It introduces him to it, which a lot of us would have liked when we started out, and it allows you to do some more bonding.

Only do this if he and your daughter want it though. Otherwise, it'll be taken as you trying to foist your junk on to them.
