Probably couldn't get in. I hear the maitre d' is pretty picky.

Have not heard of the place at Edisto Beach, but intend to check it out soon.

Could be terrific; could be mediocre. Michael Stern writes well but he's one of the worst food critics writing today. Any respect I once had for Gourmet I lost when they signed him and his wife to write a regular column.
