Dear Board,

If you knew me you'd definitely say I'm more than a little of both.

The preparation has begun, at least the grill grate will be spotless when I put the ribs on. She's loaded with charcoal and ready to be fired up. I'm going to enjoy this, but I'm not normal.

Looks good from here Tim. I'm enjoying this Eagles game though I'm a Panthers fan. Can't wait to see your results.
 
Tim, I did the same thing Friday about froze my caboose off it was 15 outside and this is Arizona! But once inside it was worth it and all was well. Make sure to ingest some adult antifreeze so you don't freeze up.
 
I'm proud of you! Nancy is making meatballs and sausage so I think some pasta is in our future. Between us, I think I'd prefer the ribs right now.

SOP. It's snowing cats and dogs outside, which is quite normal. Quite mild, just 17 degrees. Keep up the good work! I have a bigger problem coping with six hours of daylight time.
 
Dear Board,

The Eagle's won and dinner was well worth cooking in the snow. We just had the ribs and a pasta salad with tomato, onion, pepperoncini, and bacon for that extra special goodness.





I can't wait until Tuesday, I'll be doing a turkey breast.

Looks great! My larger grills are hibernating for winter, but I kept out my Smokey Joe as I am still drawn to do some grilling in the snow!
