Today’s Lunch of Flat-Iron Steak,Papas Asado, Roasted Veggies,Costa Rican Salchichon,Roasted Tomatoes , Argentine Chorizo and Costa Rican Beer :) Really like how my Weber Performer Deluxe fitted with a Grill Grate, SNS Plus ,SNS Easy Spin Grate and Their DripNGriddle Pan Performs going on five(5) years. Oh; never contacted by the SNS Folks or Grill Grates as I just appreciate quality products that enhance my BBQ enjoyment.

You didn't give you new gasser the job? Old habits are hard to break,
Yep; another Old Weber Charcoal Griller who is really looking forward on seeing the comparison of some beef grilled on my new Weber Q. My wife and our guest stated today’s steak and side-dishes turned out great and with some modesty I Agreed :)

Looks killer, Richard. Can you tell us more about the papas asado?
Tim;Thanx for the nice comment. And these are just roasted whole potatoes which were seasoned with my Costa Rican wife’s homemade Chimi- Chuii sauce prepared with a little-of-that which is in her head and then wrapped in tin foil which were fully cooked in about One(1) hour at a Weber temperature of 450F.
