Hi all,
It's been awhile since I posted some pics here, I finally got Photobucket figured out now.
A few weeks ago, I flew to Ketchikan for several days, and did a lot of fishing for Salmon. I caught my limits each day. It was awesome fishing up there! I had the fish processed, some smoked, some just fillets, and shipped home. I thawed out a package last night, then in a bag with Kona Coast Spicy Teriyaki marinade. I used Alder wood chips, cooked indirect for 15 minutes. The salmon came out Perfect!!!!! It was super moist, just flaked away, and full of flavor, with the perfect amount of smoke flavor.
