Made this before...But then i have tryed with a small fire choked. Witch will still keep the temps to high to let em be in the smoke for a longer time without being chewy. This time With a small snake(choked..bottom/top 25% opend)
Cant get these fresh so these are boiled right after they are cought and then frozen....Thats why i have a problem with the smoke.
Ok let go:
So here they are thawned.

Ready to be kissed by the smoke:

30 min:

For some reasson i thought the lightning(almost sundown) would be perfect to shoot without a flash. Guess what its hard to tell the different from the "fresh" and the smoked shoot. And after dinner(witch is right about now) I upploaded the pic´s and got angry @ myself for not taking a few more. Couse they looked great. And the last pic was dull aswell.
Anyways 1h and pulled:

Ready to be served:

Even though the pics is not the greatest...Let me tell ya...This is worth making. Served side by side with a bowl of fresh ones, and they were so dull in comparison. What i would change: I would do a super fast brine with a high salt%. Other then that its a freaking winner.
Hope you try this even if this post is not that convincing.
Thanks for your time ppl!
