Alaskan styled KFC

Actually not ! I wouldn't know..we have no KFC! Any way howdy folks! I have tried kettle chicken a couple times and well.. Nothin I would post! Tonight we tried something a bit different. Kept the CI theme going with some oil fried webber browned she-cones.
Started with just a egg wash and 4 huge breasts seasoned with S&P and garlic.. Rolled in plain ole flower and repeated! Here is how we started!

Then things got going.

At the flip!

After they started to get crisp we pulled and threw them to the back indirect and added some corn.

And some pan gravy!!!

And all plated up with mashed taters and vitamin R!

And my boy chowin down!
