Thanks for the link on the platter! The shorter spear will fit on a 14" WSM (edit to add top rack. That photo shows a 3 lb boneless butt roast. When I have forethought to have my butcher slice a full butt, I will either use the longer spear and bottom rack... or a different smoker altogether.)
If you do go the the bottom rack, you'll note that there is a hole it the top of the skewer. Put a coat hanger or something similar when pulling the platter out of the smoker. That or some good ol' pliers :)

Looks good Jeff. How did you like it? I'm a pretty good fan of this cook, but I will admit, I like it better in my WSM instead of the pellet grill, but the wife prefers the pellet grill. Gotta keep the wife happy
