Al Pastor on a Rotisserie??

Hi All Enchilada sauce problem solved.. Might add some of the peppers from the al pastor sauce, after I open the can and taste it.
I wanted to try a home made version, but this will have to do for now.

Hi All The can sauce didn't work out, wifey didn't like it at all. It was a little to spicy/hot for her taste. I though it was pretty good just a little kick.
