Greetings to you all from the Prague. After three months I decided to cook something on the Weber

. I admire all of you who contribute non-stop, and thank you very much.

I love these (Rita Y) chops. In my opinion, this is a fantastic recipe.

Pork chops in brine

1 quart water
1 cup kosher salt Diamond
1/4 cup pickling spices
1/2 bunch fresh Thyme
10 cloves garlic, Smashed
1 bulb ginger, Grated
1/4 cup (82 g) molasses

overnight

sprinkled with

1/4 teaspoon each loop of seed, crushed: fennel, yellow mustard seed, coriander seed, and cracked peppercorn mix 4

began with JS transferred from onion in melted garlic butter sprinkled with ground pepper,
and mushrooms flavored Evoo and S / P.

after about 30 minutes instead of replace potatoes and mushrooms

several minutes on direct side, brushed with a Balsamic Glaze:

2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh very rosemary
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

Jim I think it would only take about 3 days for you. Welcome back Mildo Great lookin Chops and meal....
 
But worth the wait. Great post. I'm so envious of you folks with the caste iron grates. Those grill marks are textbook perfect, and the chops look super. Good to have you back.
