After the main event?


 
So tonight we had a very successful cook and two hours later the kettle is still at 160C. What do you put on to take advantage of the last hours of warmth?

The wife hates the wastage....

Shut down the vents to smother the remeining coals. Just add to them for your next cook.
Absolutely! But, as shut down is started, grill stone fruit (halved peaches, plums, etc.)
Toast breads, pound cake, doughnuts, make a doughnut bread pudding, (indirect method) the world is your oyster!
