Why do I always find these AFTER I buy one.

Peerhaps not a steller deal but it is new, Packaging may have minor damage. Item is in excellent condition.
 
you should have been at home depot last year when they were clearing them out for i believe 75. by the way, performers are at 279 at the depot now.
 
Lowes and Home Depot here do not carry the WSM.
