A Summer Ribeye

Went to the butcher shop yesterday and picked up some meats. Was going to dine on pork chops, but my wife bailed on that. That switched things in my mind and I grilled the ribeye instead.

I used just EVOO and some Montreal seasoning. I added a hunk of mesquite to the kettle. It was a perfect medium-rare. Yum.

Grilled a sweet potato and some asparagus that sat in some Italian dressing.

My wonderful wife produced the fixings for S'mores afterward. We toasted the marshmallows in the grill and enjoyed dessert.

What a tasty dinner!

Perfect steak. You got some skills! Desert is a must for me.... Everybody loves smores. It's a good way to spend a little more time with your grill too.
 
Summer ribeye? i would eat that every day of the week for a whole year no doubt.
