Friend was having a 50th birthday party so I smoked two pork butts, about 8lbs each. Used the TVWB Mustard Pork recipe, but swapped a West Indie Barbecue rub and some Sweet Baby Ray's sauce. Wanted just a basic spicy sweet flavor since it was a big group with kids. Daughter said the kids thought it was "triple bussin" which I think is good?
