A quick pollo asado

Needed some tacos. So I marinated some BL skin on breasts and thighs for a few hours and then grilled them off for 40 minutes.

Small dinner party. It all moved too quickly so I missed most of the photos.

Guac, tomatillo arbol California peppers salsa, black beans with cilantro, SP, cumin and lime juice, minced white onion and chopped cilantro all served with yellow corn tortillas.

A strong mango marg. It was a great meal.
