A quick cook.

Tonight's cook, chicken and tri-tip. As I mentioned before I'm okay at taking pictures before and during the cook.

The chicken was small pieces and is already done. I pulled it off brought it inside and it's already being eaten. The tri-tip is still going. Maybe I'll get another picture during the cook before it's done. I've already got people in the house asking when the tri-tip will finish.

I got a couple pics between the first post and now. No nice plated presentation. People were looking at me funny when I made them wait to take a picture.
