I took a page from Mr. Rolf Jacobsen and made chicken nachos.

The bird and the peppers on the performer.

Chicken is done and the peppers are chopped, sorry that the picture is fuzzy.

James it’s not my recipe but Weber’s. Thanks just the same. Yours looks great, better than mine. How did you like the chicken marinade? You should be a member of our family. Nancy and both sons love olives but I don’t so I make them without. They add them once I’m done and it looks like you folks enjoy them too. Great job!!!!!!!!!!

Well thanks for sharing the recipe and inspiring me to make nachos. Besides the olives I think that your plate of nachos still had mine beat. This is a winning recipe and we all enjoyed the flavor of the chicken, sure to do it again. I need to get me some CI and actually finish the nachos on the grill.
