A Nod to Bob Correll - and also to Mark Foreman


 
Bob and I lived about a 30 minute drive from me and I wish I would have gotten to meet him - I just joined the forum a little too late.

There are lots of different & good ways to cook a pork steak... my current favorite is to get a really thick one (1.5 or 2" thick) and then cook it slow, but direct over the coals and got some really nice results.
