Amazing. Your ribs are perfect! How'd you go about preparing and smoking those?

The rub is salt, course ground black pepper,garlic flake,onion flake,red pepper and a bit of chipotle powder

Cooked for 5 hrs with 3 large chunks of hickory that I split into smaller pieces. Sauced with#5 for the last 1/2hr.
