A few recent cooks

Sorry for not posting more guys, have been without a laptop for a while.

The pork chops were from a Tamworth rare bread, lamb chops caveman style and two beercan chickens done on high heat (425f) and smoked over cherry.

You guys are all master`s of your trade...respect to all of you.

Cheers Tony, love your cooks, set up and family, ive always had a love of Mexican, you guys totally changed the way i cook it now, just learning how to make proper tortillas using Masa Harina, which is pretty hard to get here.

how did you like the caveman style chops?

I never done lamb chops caveman, but i have with T-Bones, so i had really good lump and thought lets go for it. done this way it seems to give a level of char taste you dont get from using a grate. i thought the fat on them would of given me a few flare ups but it didnt.

I seared them caveman, then put the grillgrate and lid on. i`ll post the finished one`s up as soon as i get home...on the nightshift at the min.
