I did an overnight marinade, using a bottle of cheep Italian dressing for the chicken and for the pork I used a bottle of cheep Italian dressing with 2 tablespoons of my pork rub.
The vegetables were lightly covered in olive oil, salt and black pepper.
I got the grill up to 500 degrees before I put everything on so I could get that nice sear.
I'm loving my new Spirit, I never got my Kebabs looking this nice with my old gasser.
I let it sizzle for a few minutes until the chicken and pork released on their own before I flipped them.
I plated it with yesterdays cold Pirate Beans (not sure if they're better hot or cold) and store bought macaroni salad.
Sorry but I didn't post the picture of me licking the plate when I was done.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.
