A Few Cooks This Week

A cedar planked pork loin roast with pineapple salsa along with fried new potatoes and a mozzarella tomato and basil salad

Pork steak with grilled yams and brown rice. No that’s not canned gravy….it came out of a jar, so there.

Too hot to even grill so we did a large chicken salad
