So, a buddy of mine had hs birthday on Friday. And he LOVES my burgers! So what's a guy to do? Get him some beer and cook him some burgers!
I used my usual mx of sirloin, chuck and short ribs, seasoned with SPOG before grinding.
And on to the kettle using K for fuel.

Unfortunately, that's the only shot I got of them, but they were good!
And tonight, I got healthy. I made a half a pork tenderloin, some foiled veggies and white sweet potatoes home fries.
All I have is this plated pic.

I drizzled this over the pork and the Brussels sprouts. Really good stuff!
