Just put on a couple of pork butts rubbed down wtih my texas bbq rub #1, fired up my WSM with the minion method, plugged in my ET 73, set my pit minder to 225--now I'm off to bed. Didn't even know what a WSM was a year ago until I found this web site. All of the above gadgets I listed I learned about here, all of the cooking techniques I'm using I learned here. Any smoking questions I have are answered here. So just wanted to thank Chris for the web site, and everyone elso who posts for the wealth of information they gladly share with all of us that visit. Just doesn't get any better than this. Going to make me good enough to enter the local Kansas City Royal someday---maybe!! Thank you all again!!
