8 racks of ribs hanging out in the 14.5 WSM

Gavin how did this cook turn out ?
I’ve never stuffed my wsm with so many ribs but hanging a few racks is my preferred method.
I normally daisy chain my hooks an extra rib or two down to get a better elevation.
Soon as I like what the ribs look like I wrap them to keep them from burning the end portions.
Did this rib cook act much differently than just a few rib racks?
Thanks.

Didn't get a final picture of the ribs due to greedy people:) but they were tender but still not fall off the bone and great favor and smoke!

The Hunsaker has a three prong center piece.

On my 18.5, I usually hang half St Louis slabs to keep the bottom from getting too close to the fire. 12 half slabs no problem. You can also turn full slabs half way, or just have a crunchy bone or two.

Baby backs fit pretty well at full length.

Hang, no wrap is an easy way to make a TON of ribs.
