Do I thaw and smoke all the pork shoulders I have in my freezer before buying more?

Yeah, No.

I saw this yesterday but the price per pound was $2.99, so even with the $8.00 off I didn't think it was too great a deal. Plus Costco only carries the boneless butt, and I much prefer bone-in.

$2.49 at my Costco before the $8 off.

Made two batches of slow cooker carnitas out of the boneless two pack. Six quart sized zip locs now in the freezer. Great for nachos and chilaquilles.
