Looks more like an eye of round vs a chuck. I wonder if the "CH" before Eye of round is for Choice not Chuck
here's an eye-of-round I roasted for thin deli sliced beef. Went a bit past rare but was still excellent.

I already did.
You don't post a ton of posts....many of us returned a message to you regarding your cook which appeared like you were going to be cooking it for the weekend. You were gone for a week without getting back to us, so I figured you went ahead and cooked it......being a minimal posting type of guy I thought you did it and did not share any results.
When I made that comment I got a like for it so it made sense to more people than just me.
No hard feelings bud.......just thought we were done here with this thread,.
