4th of July eve overnight brisket

Hey guys, Here is our brisket. Put Amazing ribs beef rub as saw on their site. Bold peppery flavor. Pretty good. started it about 9:00 pm the 3rd. Pulled off this am @ 8:00 am the 4th.

Curt,
it started out a little over 13.5 lbs, After trimming it, it was about 10 lbs. My wife got it at the local Albertsons. Where we can get pretty good brisket. Happy Smoking
