Today as we celebrated Independence Day I fired up 2 of my grills.
We had gone out to the Garden Shed earlier in the day and brought home a big haul of fresh veggies.
Grill #1 had quartered yellow squash and sliced kohlrabi. Both brushed with olive oil and S&P.
Grill #2 had the nice thick boneless pork chops. They got seasoned with Penzey's 33rd & Galena.
All ready to eat off the most appropriate plate. Also on the plate is my wifes bacon potato salad, made with baby red potatoes that were still in the ground this morning.
