4th of July Cherry Ribs

On the 4th of July my wife wanted ribs with a cherry flavor. So I took a swing at it. I used a commercial cherry rub and topped it with my own rub. Smoked them with B&B natural briqs; cherry and apple smoke wood.

A two hour vertical hang, followed by an hour butter bath wrap. Then glazed with apple, cherry, Habanero Rib Candy.

That's good color on those ribs and the plate makes me hungry . The mashed potatoes/gravy really set it off.

Couple years ago , I used this cherry rib recipe from Tuffy Stone, would like to try it again
