You my friend are a porkaholic. LOL Looks outstanding as usual. This reminds me of a place we used to call the "Red Shack" run by an old Green Beret in Kentucky. 12 yrs later and I still remember that every Thurs was pork steak day. We went every Thurs... but I NEVER went when it was 3*.
