2nd cook on 18.5" ! RIBS !

Had some time yesterday and decided to do some ribs. What i really wanted to do were some ABT's but decided not to. I followed the instructions for ribs on the cooking section of the site. I was really happy with the end result

Thank you everyone. My wife and her friend loved them as well. With this being only my second cook and seeing how much i truly do enjoy using this thing (almost in a relaxing way) It makes me really look forward to spring usage when I can at least sit outside on nice days. One thing I've noticed about cooking on the WSM is that I really enjoy the leftovers the next day or even 3 days. With my weber Genesis gasser I never really didn't enjoy leftovers and usually just ended up tossing them.
