I ended up ordering a 7106 from Amazon, I'll let you know how it fits. It doesn't seem like Weber produces this one anymore.I think the 7130 (for the Genesis II) would probably be too big for your Silver B. Maybe this one (7139 for the Spirit) would do better. The grills pictured include the Spirit that is basically a Silver B:

Thanks Bruce, I did not remove the valves but just disassembled. How do you normally leak check your valves? Soap test?Make sure you do a good leak test on everything before you fire it up. If you removed any of those valves, for sure check them.
Post up some photos of it in action.
I learned my lesson the hard way too, made that mistake with the internal frame coating! Everything else got painted in the garage and then transferred to the basement.Grill is coming along nicely!
Be careful painting inside!
I painted a couple Q lids down in my basement earlier this year when it was a little colder outside....big mistake. The HVAC system is down in the basement so all the smell from paint fumes got sucked up down there and gave the entire main floor a nice smell of high heat BBQ paint. Just in time for my visiting in-laws to come over for dinner
I do all my painting in the garage now![]()
Yeah if you could that would be great, they were all cracked so I just pulled out the lettering and painted the wheels. After buying all new grates, flavor bars, front casters, ignitor, and a new cover my wallet was feeling the burn.Very nice! There is a guy on Facebook (and maybe he is here too) that makes custom wheel lettering for those wheels. Or you can just get the plain Weber ones. Pretty reasonable price too. Ill find his contact info if you want
