2 weeks old already

I have had my 18.5 WSM for 2 weeks now and 3 cooks in I am loving it. Brisket, chickens, sausages and beef ribs all successful so far, I can't wait to see what deliciousness is going to come out of this baby down the road.

Yea the WSM is awesome. I have become a much better cook and have many more recipes added to my repertoire thanks to this site. Always check out the photo gallery forum to get great ideas and work up an appetite.

Congrats Gary...it's definitely addicting...I bought a WSM Memorial Day weekend...since then I've gotten a smokey joe, jumbo joe, genesis gasser, another WSM, and Saturday I'm going to pick up another WSM
