Easy, uneventful fun overnight smoke. 2 butts totaling 23 lbs. Some for tonight some for the freezer. Have a good weekend everyone.

Thanks all. Yes, the bark turned out really well. I didn't use mustard this time as I didn't have any left but instead used vegetable oil beneath the rub.
I may have to stay with that.
