One pizza is caponata (eggplant salad with fresh baby spinach, mozz and smoked oysters (from the can)
Next one is homemade sauce with mozz, turkey meatballs and caramelized onions
 
Great looking pizza. It looks like you had good heat. How did you cook them?

Thanks. I heated up the oven at 550 for 45 minutes with the stone in and then when i put the pies in, I
up the oven to broil and they cooked for about 10 minutes. It really is all about heating the stone as hot as you can get
it.
